So now WordPress.com has given us the opportunity to purchase a domain through them, and forward our wordpress.com blog to it. Or whatever they do….(Details here)
$15 (US) per annum isn’t much at all, but gizo.com is already taken, so I’m out. What about you? You in? Or maybe you have another domain suggestion for me?
I’m sitting out on the back patio with HardMan Harvey, while Mrs Gizo is preparing some wedding flowers for the weekend. We just had a visit from a beautiful little bird, who popped on to the railing to have a look for insects around the barbecue.
Being the intrepid little webster that I am, I went looking for it on the internets, and I found it, at this great website. It turns out we have a bunch of pretty little spotted pardalotes that hang around our backyard. Yay!
Check out the website, it has a great ‘bird finder’, and even mp3’s of their calls. It is all exceptionally cool.
On this day 4 years ago, most of you were marvelling at the sunshine, eating bbq’d goodness. If you were lucky, you were also chowing down on some majestic Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie.
I was getting married to the One Who Would Be Mrs Gizo, which was freaking awesome.
